A melody filled evening with Maestro Ilayaraja and his team of Chitra, Mano, Karthik, and many others, with a symphony style orchestra put together by 60 artists, with Prakash Raj as MC for the bay area was marvelous!!
His music peppered with sharing his experience across the timeline of his movies made it memorable. The team members that stayed with him over years, is a testimony of his great personality. The fusion he used in his music and the improvisations he brought in to suit every kind of situation is awe-inspiring. His compositions cross genres stand the test of time and are yet so refreshing and will be so in years to come.
